Manchester (Office-based, 5 days per week). It’s an opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing sales function within a fast-scaling HR software business and shape its next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of New Business who thrives on building momentum, inspiring teams, and delivering results. You’ll lead from the front, driving performance while developing a culture of energy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 21 Business Development Managers and 2 BDM Managers
- Designing and executing sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth
- Embedding a high-performance culture through hands-on leadership and targeted coaching
- Delivering impactful sales training within a B2B telesales environment
- Partnering with marketing and data teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Building relationships with key, high-value clients when needed
Proven success leading and scaling B2B telesales teams. Strong experience designing and delivering sales training programmes. Commercial acumen combined with resilience and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
