We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lead Generator based in Manchester to arrange qualified investment meetings for a leading Dubai-based real estate company. This role focuses on commercial and residential property investments in Dubai, working with high-net-worth individuals and serious investors. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with potential investors, and booking meetings with senior Dubai-based property consultants.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify investor leads for Dubai real estate (commercial & residential)
- Arrange and book meetings with Dubai-based sales consultants
- Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and digital channels
- Accurately assess client investment needs and budgets
- Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up consistently
- Work closely with the Dubai sales team to ensure smooth handovers
Working Hours
UK-based hours aligned to Dubai time 6am – 3pm
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate investment market
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of closing or influencing property sales
