We are looking for ambitious and driven Sales Agents to join a fast-paced sales team focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is centred around outbound and inbound prospecting, identifying client needs, and booking appointments and product demonstrations for senior sales colleagues. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, target-driven, and confident communicating with decision-makers.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
  • 1 Saturday in 4: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activity
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a daily basis
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets
  • Book high-quality appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Managers
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Deliver a consultative and solution-focused sales approach
  • Use questioning and listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales environment
  • Self-generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and social selling
  • Maintain professional standards and exceptional customer service at all times

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience or relevant industry background
  • Proven ability to work toward targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organised
  • Professional and commercially aware approach
  • Positive attitude with a resilient and tenacious mindset
  • Ability to manage workload independently
