We are seeking a motivated BDM to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and being rewarded for their performance.

The Role:

  • As a BDM, you will be responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • You will conduct client demos, provide expert product insights, and contribute to the growth and success of the business through your sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct engaging client demonstrations with decision-makers.
  • Manage and develop your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with alternate teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Analyse data to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Maintain a high-energy and professional approach on the sales floor.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in a consultative or B2B environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • FCA experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual targets.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience) with uncapped commission.
  • OTE £80,000+ with daily, weekly, and monthly incentives.
