A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked City firm is seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Partner to lead and grow its commercial disputes practice. The Role

  • Lead the Commercial Litigation function, fee earning across a broad range of commercial disputes.
  • Supervise Commercial Litigation Solicitors and support staff.
  • Drive strategic growth and contribute actively to business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 12+ years’ PQE qualified and registered as a UK solicitor.
  • Strong commercial or general litigation background gained within a small to mid-sized firm.
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing or supervising at Partner level.
  • A following is advantageous but not essential, provided you can demonstrate effective business development ability and enthusiasm to grow the practice.
