About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to join our growing firm. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role, managing a varied caseload of insolvency appointments while driving the firm's insolvency practice forward.

As a JIEB-qualified professional, you’ll take formal insolvency appointments, provide strategic advice to distressed businesses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking formal insolvency appointments and overseeing corporate insolvency processes, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs.
  • Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing expert advice to directors, stakeholders, and creditors on insolvency and restructuring solutions.
  • Leading a team of insolvency professionals, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring best practices.
  • Working closely with legal, finance, and external advisors to deliver the best outcomes for businesses and creditors.
  • Business development – helping grow the firm’s insolvency practice through networking and client relationships.
