  • Residential Fee Earner
  • Conveyancing Solicitor

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied and dynamic residential property caseload
  • Handling both routine and complex client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintaining strong and trusted relationships with existing clients
  • Expanding the department’s client base and promoting the firm through business development and networking
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and thoroughly
  • Representing the firm at professional and client facing events when required

Preferred Requirements

  • Conveyancing Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with proven residential conveyancing fee earning experience; Strong technical knowledge and ability to advise confidently across residential property matters
  • Residential Fee Earner: Experienced Property Executive, Fee Earner, or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid track record in residential conveyancing; Demonstrable ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision

For Both Roles

  • Experience in residential property matters for private clients, including exposure to commercial or corporate stakeholders in the residential property space
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong communication skills with a client centred approach
  • Proven ability to build lasting client and third party relationships
  • Enthusiasm for business development and willingness to engage in networking opportunities
  • Collaborative team player with sound technical knowledge
