About the Role:
We are a leading out-of-home (OOH) advertising business specialising in high-impact digital billboards and mobile digital advertising vehicles. Our technology-led solutions help brands reach audiences across the UK through innovative, data-driven outdoor media. We are now looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, installation, maintenance, and fault-finding of electrical systems across our digital advertising infrastructure. This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring reliability, safety, and performance across both fixed and mobile assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for digital billboards and mobile digital advertising vans
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in LED screens, power supplies, control panels, and vehicle-mounted systems
- Support electrical integration of digital displays, media players, networking, and power management systems
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Support new site installations and fleet upgrades
- Ensure all work complies with UK electrical safety standards and regulations
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to minimise downtime
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with electrical systems in a commercial, industrial, or vehicle-based environment
- Comfortable working on-site and in the field, including outdoor installations
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
