We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate (5 PQE+) to join our client's established and growing team in Preston. About the Role

You will handle a high‑quality and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, secured lending, and portfolio management.
