We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy retail store and manage a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets. Working closely with the Retail Management team, you will ensure smooth store operations, strong visual standards, and a motivated, well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop the retail team
- Own the customer journey and in-store experience
- Plan and deliver local marketing and footfall-driving activities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance
- Ensure stock control, health & safety, and store standards
