Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in fabricating mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, take pride in producing high-quality work, and be able to work from engineering drawings with minimal supervision.
Salary
- 15.00 - 17.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate sheet metal components to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using appropriate machinery and techniques.
- Operate workshop machinery including press brakes, rollers, guillotines, saws, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Carry out TIG and MIG welding to a high standard.
- Grind, weld, and polish finished products to ensure excellent quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Competent in TIG and MIG welding.
