An established and growing specialist in passive fire protection is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee fire stopping and fire door projects across the East Midlands. The Role
You will be responsible for managing passive fire protection projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing fire stopping and fire door installation and remediation projects.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
- Monitoring programme, quality, and compliance across multiple sites.
- Conducting regular site visits and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.
- Managing project documentation, reporting, and client communication.
- Supporting successful project delivery while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within passive fire protection.
- Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire door works.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work away from home when required.
