The Role
Working alongside experienced estimators, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of construction and refurbishment projects. You will be supported every step of the way, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful estimator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Supporting the pricing of materials, labour, and project costs.
- Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation.
- Working closely with the commercial and operational teams throughout the tender process.
