We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a leading international interior design studio in the heart of Central London.

The Role
This is a varied and important role within the London studio, combining office management, international travel coordination, executive support, facilities, marketing, and HR administration.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and personable, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
You will also work closely with the CEO for approximately two days per week, taking responsibility for his international travel and ensuring every detail is carefully organised.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the London studio.
- Manage facilities, maintenance, contractors, suppliers and building management.
- Ensure the office is well organised, welcoming and professionally presented.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and services.
- Coordinate visitors, deliveries, and general office administration.
- Organise meetings, lunches, events, and team activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day office requirements.
International Travel
- Coordinate international travel arrangements for the wider office team.
- Arrange flights, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries.
- Maintain an accurate office travel log.
- Coordinate complex and multi-destination travel.
- Manage visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Handle changes and last-minute travel arrangements efficiently.
CEO Support
Approximately two days per week will be dedicated to working closely with the CEO.
You will manage:
- International flights and travel tickets.
- Hotels and accommodation.
- Visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Detailed travel itineraries.
- Transfers and associated logistics.
- Changes, cancellations and last-minute requirements.
This part of the role requires excellent organisation, discretion, reliability and a high level of attention to detail.
Meetings & Marketing Support
- Prepare credential packs and supporting materials for management, client and business development meetings.
- Assist with presentations and meeting preparation.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, awards and publications.
- Assist with the organisation and maintenance of marketing materials and studio assets.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing function.
HR & International Collaboration
- Work closely with the international HR team.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate new starter requirements and documentation.
- Assist with general HR administration.
- Help ensure London office processes align with the wider international business.
About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident and personable, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in office management, studio management, practice management, executive support or a similar role.
- Experience within a creative environment such as interior design, architecture, fashion, luxury, art or a related sector.
- Strong experience coordinating international travel.
- Experience arranging flights, accommodation and visas.
- Facilities management experience.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
- Confidence working with senior leadership and international colleagues.
- Excellent discretion and judgement.
- The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused when plans change.
- Marketing or business development experience.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A positive, friendly and collaborative personality.
