Job Description – Warehouse Operative Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Manager About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is central to the smooth running of our warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities * Receive, check, and store incoming goods. * Pick and pack customer orders accurately to set deadlines. * Prepare and label goods for dispatch. * Carry out stock checks and keep accurate inventory records. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. * Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if required). * Follow all company health & safety procedures at all times. * Assist with general warehouse duties as required. Requirements * Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable but not essential – full training will be provided. * Good level of physical fitness (some heavy lifting may be required). * Ability to work as part of a team and independently. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. * Basic computer literacy an advantage
