An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a highly successful multi-disciplinary design consultancy working across public sector housing projects from inception through to completion. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to a motivated professional looking to progress within a collaborative and growing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of professional Building Surveying services
- Manage technical work and lead projects under the direction of senior management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and statutory authorities
- Undertake structural surveys, acquisition inspections, and defect analysis
- Prepare specifications, administer contracts, and oversee public sector housing projects
- Coordinate with in-house disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered Surveyor or Member of the Institute of Building
- Strong background in Building Surveying, particularly within Public Sector Housing
- Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date contract expertise
