An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a highly successful multi-disciplinary design consultancy working across public sector housing projects from inception through to completion. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to a motivated professional looking to progress within a collaborative and growing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full range of professional Building Surveying services
  • Manage technical work and lead projects under the direction of senior management
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and statutory authorities
  • Undertake structural surveys, acquisition inspections, and defect analysis
  • Prepare specifications, administer contracts, and oversee public sector housing projects
  • Coordinate with in-house disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

  • Chartered Surveyor or Member of the Institute of Building
  • Strong background in Building Surveying, particularly within Public Sector Housing
  • Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date contract expertise
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and lead projects effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with ambition to grow within a successful consultancy environment
