We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to supervise and coordinate damp and mould inspection, diagnosis, and remediation works across multiple properties and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of operatives and specialist subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.
- Carry out pre-inspections and post-inspections to ensure quality of works, compliance, and value for money.
- Identify root causes of damp and mould, including condensation, rising damp, leaks, ventilation issues, and structural defects.
- Ensure appropriate remedial actions are implemented in line with company standards and regulations.
- Monitor contractor and operative performance.
