Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework in commercial and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations
- Use a variety of chemicals, methodology and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems
- Complete pre-commission cleaning projects within scheduled timeframes and budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and new cleaning technologies
- Provide training to assistants and other team members as required
- Provide daily feedback and project updates
- Maintain health & safety procedures at all times whilst working on site, for all team members, at all times
Requirements
- Valid SSSTS / CSCS
- Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to pre-commission cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver\βs license and willingness to travel to job sites.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed.
