We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to support the Director and take full ownership of office operations across Ignite Logistics and Ignite Recruitment. This is a key, trusted role within a busy and fast-growing recruitment and logistics business. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing both people and processes in a fast-paced office environment.
Important: You must have “Office Manager” clearly listed on your CV to be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the Director’s diary, inbox, and travel
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and organisation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Supporting construction and security projects from planning to completion
- Managing CHAS & Constructionline renewals
- Preparing reports, schedules, and client documentation
- Coordinating meetings, resources, and project timelines
