About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support our Building Services operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating repairs and maintenance works, supporting clients and residents, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and keeping multiple priorities on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating repair and maintenance works with clients, residents, and contractors
- Managing job workflows from start to completion using internal systems
- Raising work orders and maintaining accurate project records
- Preparing quotations, variations, and Applications for Payment (AFP)
- Producing weekly and monthly financial and job performance reports
- Scheduling surveys and liaising with supervisors and operational teams
- Maintaining job trackers and ensuring all work is accurately recorded and updated
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a busy administrative or operational support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills with customers, clients, and contractors
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
