Peabody is seeking a Contracts Manager to own the day‑to‑day delivery of non‑EICR work under Lot 3 of the Term Programme.
You will oversee communal emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT, height safety and PV systems, ensuring safety and performance across areas and sites.
You will report to the Head of Operations and lead Supervisors, Electricians, and support staff while driving KPI performance, governance and resident experience within a mature, regulated environment.
