Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, footings, paving, and reinstatement
- Complete fencing repairs and installations
- Undertake general multi-trade work such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Use PDA/handheld devices to manage and update jobs
- Work independently across multiple locations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Provide good customer service when dealing with tenants
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker / Multi-Trade Operative
- Strong knowledge of social housing maintenance
- Skilled in a range of trades (groundworks, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
