Clear Career & Reward Path\\n “They offer structured progression, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities to lead increasingly complex projects across sectors.”\\n\\nThe Role requires the candidate to:\\n\\n * Develop and implement electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards\\n\\n * Manage the preparation of project plans, risk assessments and health and safety documentation\\n\\n * Develop and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting\\n\\n * Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective project management\\n\\n * Plan and monitor project resources, including labour, materials and equipment\\n\\n * Lead and mentor project teams\\n\\n * Identify and analyse any project issues and develop solutions to ensure project success\\n\\n * Organise and lead electrical projects from concept to completion\\n\\n * Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of jobs\\n\\n * Manage budgets, resources and personnel to ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards\\n\\n * Monitor progress and provide regular updates\\n\\n * Report project progress to senior management\\n\\nEssential Criteria:\\n\\n * ECS 18th Edition Gold Card\\n\\n * Full UK Clean Driving licence\\n\\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with clients, suppliers and colleagues\\n\\n * Strong background in Commercial/ Industrial Electrical Installation and Electrical Control Systems\\n\\n * Ability to understand electrical specifications, schematics, drawings, block cable diagrams, BoQ’s, BoM’s etc\\n\\n * Good understanding of electrical standards\\n\\n * Ability to complete Tender submissions and complete PQQ’s to a high standard\\n\\n * High attention to detail and strong business acumen’s to understanding project costs\\n\\n * Ability to self-manage & prioritise to meet deadlines\\n\\n * Strong commercial & industrial background\\n\\n * Previous on site experience as an electrician\\n\\n * Ability to write RAMS\\n\\nLots of exclusive benfits for the right candidate.
