Job Title:* Domestic Plumber *Location:* Enfield *Pay:* £20 per hour (PAYE) £24.61 per hour (Self-Employed) (35x hour week) *Job Overview:* We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Plumber to join our team in Enfield, working within the Legal Disrepairs Team. This role is ideal for a skilled, reliable individual who is comfortable working in tenanted domestic properties and is capable of delivering high-quality plumbing repairs and installations to meet legal disrepair standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Carry out plumbing repairs in domestic properties (e.g. leaks, blockages, faulty toilets/taps) * Install or replace baths, basins, toilets, and kitchen sinks * Complete first and second fix plumbing on kitchens and bathrooms * Diagnose faults in domestic heating and water systems * Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety and water regulations * Assist with basic maintenance tasks where required (e.g. sealant, minor tiling, boxing in pipes) *Requirements:* * Minimum 3 years’ experience in domestic plumbing (preferably within social housing) * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) * Own hand and power tools * Full, clean UK driving licence * Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check * Good communication skills and a professional, tenant-facing approach * Flexible and proactive attitude — must be willing to assist with other basic tasks when required *Additional Information:* * Immediate start available * Long-term work with consistent hours * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on social housing disrepair contracts
