Role Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in AlphaCAM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exhibitions, joinery, or furniture/retail display manufacturing. This is a predominantly office-based role, where you will work closely with our technical team to break down models, prepare board materials with the correct tool paths, and provide occasional support in the CNC department. Key Responsibilities * Analyse models and drawings provided by the technical team to prepare CNC-ready files. * Use AlphaCAM to program CNC machines and define precise tool paths. * Optimize board material usage and ensure efficient cutting processes. * Collaborate with the technical and production teams to troubleshoot and refine designs. * Provide hands-on support in the CNC department as required. * Maintain adherence to production schedules and quality standards. * Ensure tools and machinery are programmed and maintained in line with safety regulations.
