We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Brickwork Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple brickwork projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of masonry and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple brickwork projects across various sites simultaneously.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet programme requirements.
- Liaise with clients, site teams, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor health & safety compliance across all sites, conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports on budgets, timelines, and performance.
- Ensure quality control and snag-free delivery of work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within brickwork or general construction management.
- Strong technical knowledge of brickwork, blockwork, and associated trades.
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts, drawings, and health & safety legislation.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS card (Gold/Black card preferable).
- Full UK driving licence.
