Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Biohazard Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and performing clearances in void properties, ensuring that all areas are well cleaned and everything that needs to be cleared is completed . This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities * Perform cleaning duties such as needle sweeps, sewage cleans, blood and trauma clean up * Need someone that has the same experience with crime scene clean ups. * Past experience working in void properties * Experience with using heavy duty cleaning apparatus (i.e wet vac) * Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used effectively and stored properly. * Having to travel up to long distances to different jobs.
