We are delighted to be assisting our family run client in Fraserburgh who are looking for Distance C & E Drivers to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday nightshift. Sunday & Monday you will be delivering to supermarkets in the north east of Scotland. The successful candidate will be required to load and unload the trailer themselves, using a mix of manual and electric MHE (Material Handling Equipment). Full training will be given at the clients RDC. The role will predominantly consist of taking full loads to the central belt, then reload at the RDC and drive back to complete the store delivery. Tuesday - Thursday will be supporting the distance side of the business around the UK. This will be 4 nights out a week with your own dedicated truck.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Clean C+E Licence (Class 1)
  • Valid CPC & Digi Tacho Card
  • Reliable & Trustworthy
  • Well Presented
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe
  • Able to work as part of a team and under own initiative
  • Experience with refrigerated and curtain sided trailers preferred

Due to insurance, applicants must be over the age of 25 and have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience. Cabs are fitted with fridge & microwave. We are looking for hardworking drivers to help our client grow and create more opportunities. As the business grows, there will be new opportunities to move around within the business.
