Play a vital role in helping Ignite Hubs deliver high-quality, inclusive education to children and young people who need it most. We work particularly with girls, those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and those from underrepresented backgrounds. Your contribution directly supports educational equity and helps young people develop skills critical to future learning and opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • Senior-level experience in data, analytics, insight, or business intelligence
  • Ability to set data strategy and translate organisational needs into clear priorities
  • Experience using Power BI and designing dashboards (desirable)
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI and Salesforce (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people through education.

What will you be doing?

Provide strategic leadership for Ignite Hubs' data and analytics. You'll help define our data vision, improve how we collect and use data, and support reporting across programmes, impact, and fundraising. Work closely with the Founder and leadership team, offering direction and data insight and supporting hands-on delivery.
