What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Digital Design Instructor to support children and young people to explore digital design through fun, practical and creative projects. The average age of our students is around 11 years old.
Students will work on a variety of projects using Canva and other digital design tools, exploring areas such as graphic design, branding, colour, typography, layout and visual communication.
Projects could include creating posters, logos, book or album covers, packaging, infographics and campaigns.
Our approach is hands-on and project-based. Students are encouraged to explore their own ideas, experiment, develop their creativity and work at a level and pace that suits them.
You do not need to be an expert in every area of digital design. Our instructors work together as a team and bring different skills and experiences.
The class takes place at John Harvard Library in Borough, Southwark, on Wednesdays from 5 30pm to 6 30pm during term time.
