We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role is based in our Harrogate office full time.
The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring excellent customer service while managing administrative processes, creating accurate costings, and maintaining detailed records.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinating and liaising with contractors to ensure work is scheduled and completed efficiently.
- Producing accurate quotations, job costings, and financial documentation.
- Monitoring costs to ensure projects remain commercially viable and within agreed budgets.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and customer databases.
- Supporting continuous improvement of administrative and customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy.
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Good understanding of financial information, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Gross Profit (GP) Margin.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent record-keeping and document management skills.
- Experience working with contractors or within a service, maintenance, construction, or facilities management environment.
- Experience using CRM or case management software like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
