Join Our Team as an Experienced Test Automation Engineer! Are you passionate about test automation and looking to make a difference in a dynamic challenger bank? We are hiring an experienced Test Automation Engineer to enhance our testing efforts across our platform.
What You'll Do:
- Test Coverage: Collaborate with engineers to plan and improve test coverage. Create and implement test strategies for new and existing features.
- Test Stability: Manage test pipeline issues and work to resolve flaky tests and bugs.
- Tooling and Environments: Improve test tools and processes. Gain expertise in tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Task Management: Own and manage tasks, aligning with team goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document and share your knowledge within the team.
- Leadership: Advocate for high standards and best practices. Lead product analysis and improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Lead analysis for backend technologies. Develop dashboards and define success metrics. Execute A/B tests to improve user experience. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Lead and review high-performing teams.
- Elevate Our Products: Identify and analyze improvement opportunities. Create actionable insights from large datasets.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Solid experience in test automation with experience in coding in either Java/Kotlin/Ruby/Python.
- Experienced with Git and Selenium-based tools like Capybara.
- Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, GCP, or AWS.
- Familiar with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Skilled in writing and executing test scripts for various platforms.
- Able to define and document regression testing scenarios.
- Familiar with Jira and XRAY plugin.
