Responsibilities
- Analyzing and optimizing legal and business processes with advanced process mapping and visualization techniques.
- Delivering robust solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, HighQ, Contract Express, Relativity, and Kira.
- Evaluating and implementing creative problem-solving strategies.
- Acting as the client’s advocate by providing feedback to the product development team to enhance AI solutions.
- Building collaborative relationships, mentoring teammates, and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth across the team.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies and identifying emerging market trends.
- Continuously expanding your expertise in software tools and leveraging their functionalities for optimal results.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Legal Engineer who combines technical aptitude with a deep understanding of legal processes. You’ll need:
- A solid background in the legal sector, with expertise in AI, technology, and data solutions applied to legal workflows.
- Experience working on legal processes, data analysis, solution design, or similar projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and a strong focus on understanding client needs.
- A team-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel (including VBA and advanced formulas).
- Experience designing solutions using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with automating legal workflows and tools used in the legal tech space.
