We are seeking a driven and passionate Platform Implementation Consultant to join a growing team of a scaling fintech who are disrupting the investment market and are on a mission to breathe new life into financial services with innovative technology.
This is suited to someone who has a technical background and is customerâcentric, having a constant desire to learn and an eye for process improvement particularly when it comes to optimising our customer launches.

This is a unique opportunity for you to join as a Senior Implementation Consultant and be part of a wildly ambitious scaleâup. In this role, you'll directly collaborate with disruptive fintechs and innovative financial advice firms, assisting newlyâsigned clients in swiftly and effectively implementing their investment propositions.
Your day to day will include:
- Clearly explaining how the software and services can help, through detailed demos of our UIs and APIs.
- Conducting deepâdiving technical workshops that help to develop a deep understanding of a client's business, pain points and ideal solution, and help them to design the ideal proposition.
- Managing multiple simultaneous onboarding projects and being the point person on coordinating activity between other departments and crossâfunctional teams including growth, product, engineering, operations and relationship management.
- Ongoing communication with clients, including Câsuite and executiveâlevel, ensuring there is constant clarity on the status of these projects.
- Working closely with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, and handling a hugely diverse range of product, technical and legal queries.
- Using analytics and qualitative feedback to identify ways to improve the onboarding journey, and implement regular process improvements.
- Ensuring a successful handâoff to the Customer Success team at the end of the onboarding process.
About You:

You will have a proven knowledge of and interest in fintech and financial services with wealth management / investment platform / advisor platform domains particularly relevant. An eye for technical details, and a hunger to constantly make things better.
Strong knowledge of APIs and previous platform onboarding and implementation experience. You will be a strong problem solver and be comfortable working with ambiguity. You are dynamic and thrive on delivering phenomenal outcomes. We serve a number of very different segments, from newâtoâmarket fintechs to established ÂŁmultiâbillion advisers you'll enjoy working in a highâpaced, quickly changing environment.
