This is a great opportunity to join a leading provider of customer care, billing software, and data management systems, with a global workforce of 1500 professionals across 31 offices. The Role:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting software development through CI/CD capabilities, environment automation, and self-service offerings. Collaborating closely with IT and product delivery teams, you will play a key role in optimizing our processes and enhancing our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Develop Cloud Native Capabilities
- Create monitoring and alerting systems
- Ensure security and compliance standards
- Enhance cost visibility and infrastructure ownership
- Develop and mature Self Service offerings
- Manage and troubleshoot development environments
About You:
You are a seasoned DevOps or Automation professional with:
- 2+ years' experience as a DevOps or Automation engineer, supporting product development and consistent CI/CD practices
- Excellent technical knowledge of AWS services, including S3, EC2, RDS etc.
- Strong knowledge of EKS / Kubernetes
- Expert level skills in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Experience of managing multiple environments
- Strong engineering experience using Jenkins to automate CI/CD processes
- Experienced agile practitioner and team player
- A Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Information Technology or related field (Masters or higher is an advantage)
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Experience creating deployment pipelines with ArgoCD
- Technical exposure to Containerization, Kubernetes, Helm, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana
- Security vulnerability assessment and resolution
