Hybrid working 1-2 days per week in office. An experienced Salesforce Administrator is required to assist an in-house team in moving more and more processes and workflows into a centralised location underpinned by Salesforce technology.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with key stakeholders and SMEs to define requirements
  • Working with existing Salesforce team to configure and deliver workflows
  • Training internal staff in the use of Salesforce and the new workflows
  • Additional Salesforce administration to assist the business to meet further automation goals

Primarily, you will be configuring Salesforce working with Stakeholders and SMEs across the business. There will also be future requirements to configure other enterprise level third party systems such as telephony and workflow products. You will contribute to the shaping and implementation of best practice.

You will work on prioritised User Stories with the Dev Lead and Product Owner.

About you. We are looking for a talented and driven Salesforce Administrator who can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. On top of being solution focussed and an analytical, creative problem solver, you'll need the following technical skills and certifications.

You should have:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Significant experience in Salesforce administration, ideally with the following Salesforce Administrator Certifications (ADM-201 or CRT101) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211 or CRT211).
  • Demonstrable experience administering and configuring Salesforce.
  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, releasing and supporting applications such as Salesforce.
  • Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in API integrations with Salesforce and a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Stakeholder management: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for Learning: A passion for Salesforce with a learner mindset.
