What You’ll Do:
- Manage relationships with large advice firms, advicetechs, and established fintechs.
- Drive long-term growth plans, service reviews, and governance.
- Collaborate with customer success and growth teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Develop strategic account plans, deeply understanding clients' business models and goals.
- Be the voice of the customer, identifying product and technology gaps.
- Implement governance frameworks and provide thematic analysis for superior customer service.
- Partner with clients to migrate business books and discover new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in fintech, wealth management, financial planning, or financial advice.
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve investing experiences.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with contract negotiations and commercial modeling.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory environments and governance frameworks.
- Understanding of APIs is a plus.
