Are you a creative and strategic Marketing Communications / PR & Events professional looking for your next challenge? We're supporting a growing financial services business in the search for a Marketing Communications & Events Manager to lead their external communications, PR, sponsorships, and events programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of PR strategy and event delivery in a business that values collaboration, innovation, and reputation. You’ll be the driving force behind external brand positioning while also helping shape internal communications and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and lead a PR & Events strategy that aligns with business goals and marketing plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, event organisers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage sponsorship agreements to maximise brand visibility and partnership value
  • Deliver high-quality corporate and client-facing events, from content planning to execution
  • Lead crisis communication planning and reputation management in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Oversee internal communication strategies and help create an engaged, informed, and connected company culture
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in PR, media relations, events and sponsorship management
  • Strong stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Experience in financial services and ideally within the wealth management, investment management, WRAP platform or financial adviser-facing environments would be an advantage
  • A creative and proactive mindset with attention to detail
