We are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our growing digital transformation team. You will be helping people across the business get the most out of our technology—from Microsoft 365 and Copilot to legal tech platforms like iManage and Intapp.

This isn’t just about running training sessions (though you’ll do plenty of those). You will be digging into adoption data, working with teams to understand what’s holding them back, and creating resources that actually make a difference. You will also be keeping an eye on emerging tech and AI trends that could benefit the firm.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Driving digital adoption
  • Encouraging teams to embrace new tools and ways of working
  • Using adoption metrics to spot where people need support
  • Helping break down barriers and support change across different groups
  • Staying current with legal tech and AI developments
Training and content creation
  • Delivering training in different formats—virtual, in-person, and on-demand
  • Creating practical resources: quick guides, videos, eLearning modules
  • Developing AI skills frameworks and digital capability standards
  • Using feedback to keep improving what you create
Working with stakeholders
  • Partnering with legal and business teams to understand their daily challenges
  • Running feedback sessions and focus groups
  • Sharing insights that improve user experience and tool adoption
What We’re Looking For
  • Background in digital adoption, IT training, or tech enablement (legal or professional services experience is a real plus)
  • Understanding of legal workflows and how digital tools support them
  • Confident delivering training and creating engaging online learning content
  • Strong communication skills, able to connect with everyone from trainees to partners
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot/GenAI, Workday Learning, iManage, and Intapp
  • Curious, proactive, and quick to pick up new technologies
What matters to us
  • You’re genuinely interested in technology and how it improves working life
  • You’re well organised and can juggle competing priorities
  • You can work independently but also love collaborating with others
  • You’re patient and empathetic; technology doesn’t come naturally to everyone
What’s On Offer
  • Competitive salary with performance bonus
  • Private medical insurance and pension
  • Proper hybrid flexibility—just 1 day per week in the office
  • Wide-ranging learning and development opportunities
  • Friendly, inclusive culture with active employee networks
  • Regular social events and wellbeing initiatives
  • Chance to work on broader digital projects and shape how we use technology

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch to find out more or apply directly. We’re committed to building a diverse team and welcome applications from all backgrounds.

How to prepare for a job interview at Ignite Digital Talent

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
