We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Programme Manager. You will have exceptional delivery focus, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading successful technology programmes in demanding environments.
As Senior Programme Manager, you will operate at a senior level, working with both internal and external stakeholders, including challenging and complex clients.
This is a highly visible, business-critical programme that demands a detail-oriented, commercially aware leader who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure settings.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and manage multiple delivery workstreams as part of a major software integration programme.
- Chair programme boards and lead regular reporting across senior stakeholder groups.
- Own and manage RAID logs, risk mitigation, dependency mapping, and change control processes.
- Develop and maintain high-level plans, ensuring alignment with workstream-level planning.
- Oversee financial forecasting and spend tracking in line with programme budgets.
- Define and track delivery KPIs, including quality and defect metrics.
- Build strong relationships across client and internal teams, ensuring expectations are aligned and managed.
- Provide insight, impact analysis and recommendations to support swift and informed decision-making.
- Continuously improve and optimise delivery processes, introducing automation where beneficial.
- Establish clear success criteria and ensure prioritisation aligns with strategic outcomes.
About You:
- You are a seasoned Programme Manager or Programme Lead with significant experience in software delivery and integration programmes.
- You have a strong delivery mindset and are comfortable operating under pressure and to tight timescales.
- You are confident working with senior stakeholders and can challenge constructively when necessary.
- You understand the software development lifecycle and have experience within agile, DevOps or cloud-based environments.
- You have strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate delivery teams.
- Salesforce experience is desirable.
- Previous experience in the CRM or customer billing solutions sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
