Overview
We are looking for a Middleweight Strategist (who can also write).
Not just a thinker. Not just a writer. Someone who can do both—and knows when each matters most. Who can turn insight into direction, and direction into words that actually land.
You’ll be as comfortable shaping positioning as you are writing the line that brings it to life.
Role
The role:
- You’ll work across brand, campaign and content—helping define the why, sharpen the what, and articulate the how.
Responsibilities
- Developing clear, compelling strategic thinking
- Writing copy that brings strategy to life across brand, campaigns and content
- Working closely with creatives and clients to shape ideas from the start
- Asking better questions—and not settling for lazy answers
Qualifications
- 3–6 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or a hybrid strategy/copy role
- A natural ability to move between big-picture thinking and sharp execution
- Strong writing skills (clear, confident, human—not fluffy)
- Curiosity about culture, business and people
- A portfolio that shows how you think and how you write.
