My client is a multidisciplinary team with expertise in architecture, workplace interior design, urban design and master planning. Their diverse skillsets make them a resilient studio, able to take on new design challenges. With a global presence, you will collaborate with leaders in design, technical excellence, and digital innovation, inspiring you to design, shape and create exceptional workplace design spaces.
The role would suit a talented Senior Workplace Interior Designer who has exceptional and proven experience working within the corporate interiors and workplace sectors. The successful candidate should have strong experience in a professional practice and should have worked within a similar scale organisation. You will need to demonstrate exceptional design and conceptual skills, strong presentation skills, have a track record in dealing with clients and be able to support design excellence through all stages of a project from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present tender proposals and related materials.
- Support or lead client presentations.
- Develop and present design concepts with the team.
- Gather client briefs and prepare related documentation.
- Produce design and technical information aligned with budget and timeline.
- Specify materials, finishes, and furnishings, considering sustainability and maintenance.
- Attend client and project meetings; conduct site reviews as needed.
- Support project handover and report regularly to the Project Lead.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards.
- Strong communication, client management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in fast-paced projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Budget and time management awareness is a plus.
