A friendly and well-established London architecture practice is looking to appoint a Qualified Architect to join their growing team. This role would suit an architect with strong technical delivery experience, particularly across medium to large-scale residential projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating consultants, and engaging with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver technical packages across residential projects
  • Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams
  • Manage project programmes and support project delivery
  • Lead or participate in client meetings, design team meetings (DTMs), and workshops
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of medium to large-scale developments

Skills and experience required

  • ARB-qualified Architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong Revit skills - essential
  • Experience working on residential projects (preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver technical packages and manage project information
  • Confident communicating with clients, consultants and project teams
