The Role

Opportunity for a Project or Senior Architect to work on large-scale schemes, with responsibility across technical delivery and coordination. Clear progression to Associate level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects across RIBA Stages 3–5 (Senior: lead from Stage 4 / Gateway 2)
  • Coordinate consultants and manage project information
  • Oversee technical packages, Revit models, and programme delivery
  • Senior level: lead teams, manage clients, mentor junior staff

Key Requirements

  • Strong RIBA Stage 3–4+ knowledge
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Senior: 5+ years post-Part 3 + project leadership experience
  • Flexible hours + early Friday finish
  • Team trips, socials, and study visits
  • Clear pathway to Associate
