- Proven office management or senior administrative experience
- Proficiency across the full MS Office Suite — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent diary and travel management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace
- A genuinely positive, team-first attitude — no task is beneath you
- First Aid and/or Fire Marshall trained (desirable)
- Degree-level education preferred

- 4x annual salary
- Death in Service benefit
- Pension via salary sacrifice scheme
- BUPA Private Medical and Dental Insurance
- Income Protection Policy
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
You will also benefit from a strong support structure within a globally networked firm, working alongside talented and passionate people in a well-resourced, design-led environment.
