We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital design strategy across multiple studios. This is a senior role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards, ensuring consistent delivery across large-scale, technically complex UK projects in residential, healthcare, transport, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM protocols, workflows, and templates in line with ISO 19650.
- Lead BIM execution plans (BEPs) across projects and offices.
- Manage model audits, clash detection, and data integrity reviews.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical support for project teams.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth information exchange.
- Research and introduce new BIM tools and digital processes to improve workflows.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM Coordinator in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit; skilled with Navisworks and BIM 360.
