Our client is a highly regarded UK architecture practice with studios in the North West and South Coast, known for delivering thoughtful, well-coordinated architecture across Education, Leisure and Living (Residential/Care). Due to a strong run of project wins, they are now looking to grow several teams with multiple hires.
Current Openings:
- Architectural Technologists (5+ years experience) - Education sector
- Project Architects (5+ years PQE) - Education sector
- Living sector / Residential & Care
- Senior Architect (10+ years PQE) - Education sector
The Roles:
- Leading design and delivery across RIBA Stages 2–6
- Producing and coordinating design / technical information
- Managing consultants, programmes and project deliverables
- Client-facing responsibility, meetings and presentations
- Driving quality, coordination and strong project outcomes
- Supporting junior staff (and team leadership for senior hires)
Key Requirements:
- UK project experience with strong delivery capability
- Confidence running projects / leading packages
- Strong technical coordination and attention to detail
- Sector experience in Education / Leisure / Residential/Care highly desirable
- For education roles: DfE / contractor framework experience beneficial
