We are seeking a Technical Architect (4–5 years post-Part 3) to join a leading design-led practice working on high-end, multi-unit residential refurbishment projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technically complex schemes involving full strip-out back to frame, façade retention, and extensive internal fit-out on large-scale residential developments.

The Role

  • You will take a key role in delivering and producing contract documentation RIBA Stages 4 onwards, producing detailed technical information and coordinating complex refurbishment projects through to construction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed design, technical packages and contract documentation
  • Lead and support RIBA Stages 4
  • Work on full strip-out / façade retention residential refurbishment schemes
  • Produce and coordinate REVIT models within a BIM environment
  • Manage technical coordination across consultants and contractors
  • Support site stages, including RFIs and technical queries
  • Deliver complex internal fit-out packages

About You

  • 4–5 years post-Part 3 experience
  • Strong UK experience in high-end residential refurbishment
  • Proven Stage 4 onwards delivery experience
  • Strong background in strip-out, façade retention and complex refurb projects
  • Extensive internal fit-out experience on large-scale schemes
  • Excellent REVIT skills and BIM coordination experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Technically strong with good design awareness
