The practice operates at a human scale, with a strong emphasis on housing, residential, community and cultural work, alongside selective commercial projects. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team with a flat hierarchy, where collaboration, initiative, and cultural fit are genuinely valued. • Interest or experience in sustainability, retrofit, or heritage is highly desirable
  • Recent proficiency in Archicad is strongly preferred
  • Candidates must be comfortable using Archicad day-to-day
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
