A leading London architectural practice is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists and Executive Delivery Architects to join their team. You will contribute to the design management and construction documentation of high-rise and large-scale office and residential projects, working collaboratively with design teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.
- Produce drawings for tender and construction phases.
- Develop detailed schedules of materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with primary MEP and Structural Consultants.
- Client liaison and managing other design team members (for Executive Delivery Architects).
- Work within Uniclass standards and advanced Revit workflows, including BIM from conceptual massing to construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.
Essential Requirements
- Architectural Technologists: minimum 3 years post-graduate experience; Executive Delivery Architects: extensive experience leading project delivery.
- Proficiency in mid-to high-rise office and residential buildings.
- Strong experience with Revit, including construction documentation.
- Advanced BIM knowledge across project stages.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and technical abilities.
